about us

Parametric Research opened in 2018 when a client approached us with an ongoing construction coordination challenge. Through 3d scanning, 3d modeling, and clash detection we helped that client improve their final construction outcomes and they pushed us to expand our services beyond Building Information Modeling.

Since then, our team has been refining our processes and exploring new tools to deliver high quality developments and construction. Our team of collaborators includes a licensed Architect/Certified Construction Auditor as well as software engineers who have worked for 10+ years in automation and systems design.

Together we have developed new techniques to cannibalize market-share from retail competitors, we have built comprehensive financial models that evaluate new investment (often resulting in “no-go” recommendations), as well as create master plan visions for millions of square feet of mixed-use developments. 

Our strategies for implementing data-driven decisions have created great value for our clients, resulting in over $10mm in recovered funds and generated $1m+ in incremental sales.
